Juniper Hill Farm is nestled between the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain, on the Boquet River in Wadhams, New York.
Established in 2007, we grew on three acres of fertile land; now, for our ninth CSA season, we cultivate over one hundred acres. We are continuously adding more greenhouses with a goal of bringing to market an earlier and higher quality variety of products.
Asgaard Farm and Dairy is the former home of artist, writer, adventurer and political activist Rockwell Kent (1882-1971). Kent resided here from the 1920s until his death in 1971. Asgaard not only served as the inspiration for many of Kent’s paintings, but was also a working dairy farm. David Brunner and Rhonda Butler acquired the farm in 1988. After working several years to restore the land and buildings, they put the farm back into production in 2003.
Twelve cows. Twenty-three acres of steep, hillside pasture. A one eyed barn cat named William. A big old Dutch Gambrel barn. The best view (we think) of Ebenezer Mountain. A lovely little farm store filled with our own cheese, meat, and raw milk alongside goods from neighboring farms and artisans.

Located in Essex, NY, our farm encompasses nearly 150 acres of tillable and forested land that was acquired through conservation partnerships. Nestled between Sprig and Whipple Mountains, Echo Farm originated as a diversified homestead and dairy operation, and has earned its name from the distantly reverberating sounds of life on the farm.
We like to think of this place as a reflection of what community investment can achieve. We put everything we earn back into the farm, because the farm has given so much to us. Reinvesting makes it possible to continue our relationships--with the land, the CSA members, our community partners, and the general public. At the end of the day, it is our community that is investing in us. Our CSA members sign up each year and it's like they're saying, 'we appreciate what you do and we want you to continue,' and that's why we're going to keep growing.
Fledging Crow Farm
We are a diversified livestock operation in the Champlain Valley, rotationally grazing Devon Cattle, Katahdin Sheep, heritage Pigs, Turkeys, and Chickens. Our beef and sheep are 100% grass-fed, and our pigs, chickens & turkeys forage on pasture and receive rations of organically grown (non-certified) grains.
We do our own butchery here on the farm - each week preparing specialty sausages, smoked meats, and a variety of fresh cuts for weekly markets, pick-ups, or delivery. We now offer our own Salamis as well - something to throw in the pack as you head into the mountains.
